Booking

Appointments can be booked online from 12 hours ahead up to 90 days out. If the time you want is inside that notice window, text us — if it can work, we'll make it work.

Nothing is paid online. You pay at your visit, in the studio — the website never asks for, sees, or stores a card number.

Every booking includes a short attestation: you confirm you are 18 or older and booking for yourself, or a parent or guardian books on behalf of a younger client and signs everything that needs signing. Teen treatments are made for ages 13–19, always with that guardian branch.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change — cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before your appointment, no questions asked.

You can move an appointment yourself up to 2 times; a new time needs at least 12 hours of notice and has to be within the next 90 days. After that, changes go through a person rather than the site.

Inside the final 24 hours, the calendar is set — text us and we'll do what we can. There is no cancellation fee, and anything you have paid is returned in full to your original payment method.

Deposits & payments

No deposits, and nothing is paid online — you pay in full at your visit, in the studio. If a refund is ever owed, it is handled in person with Laci and recorded, so there is always a written record of exactly what moved.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Running late? Text as soon as you know. Laci will tell you honestly what is still possible — sometimes everything, sometimes a shortened treatment so the next client starts on time.

A missed appointment is recorded on the account, and it is never charged automatically — no surprise fees, ever. If something went wrong that day, reach out; repeated no-shows are a conversation, not a penalty line.
